Check-in & check-out

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available — contact us in advance
• Detailed arrival instructions and address sent after booking

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations made X days or more before arrival: full refund
• Cancellations made X–X days before arrival: 50% refund
• Cancellations made within X days of arrival: no refund
• We recommend travel insurance for unexpected situations

Guest rules

• Maximum 4 adults — no exceptions
• No parties or events
• Please treat the cabin and property with respect
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking inside the cabin — outdoors only please

Pets

Update your pet policy here — e.g. pets welcome with a pet fee, or no pets allowed.

Lake & water safety

• Life jackets are provided and must be worn by children on the water
• Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty
• Please return all kayaks and canoes to the dock after use
• No motorized watercraft provided

Fire pit

• Use only the wood provided
• Never leave a fire unattended
• Fully extinguish before going inside for the night
• Check local fire restrictions — we will notify you of any burn bans

Departure

• Please leave the cabin tidy — dishes washed, trash bagged
• Strip used beds and leave linens in the laundry area
• Lock up and leave keys as instructed at check-in
